Clubhouse Rental Information The Barry Lakes Clubhouse is available for parties, special occasions, functions or group meetings. Seating is available for 162 persons seated at tables in a 75’x52’ area. Tables available are: 72” round, and 72” rectangular. Features include a hardwood dance floor .area, full kitchen with refrigeration, complete lighting system, raised stage area, tables and chairs. Clean up is the responsibility of the host. Rental rates are shown below.

Non-Members $300.00 Security Deposit $200.00
Insurance All rentals require insurance and a Certificate of Insurance. If liquor is being consumed at your event, a Certificate of Insurance is required from your homeowner’s policy. The Certificate of Insurance must state that you are covered for liquor/host liability and must name LCPOA 76 Wawayanda Road P.O. Box 995 Highland Lakes, NJ 07422 as additional insured for the day:

BEACH USE REGULATIONS Beach hours are 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM daily when lifeguards are present Swimming is permitted in the designated area only Beach Badges must be worn at all times Parking Permits must be visible on all vehicles parked in the beach parking lot Swim lessons are provided free of charge to all members in good standing. Signup and lessons are done at the beach house No fishing or boating at any time will be permitted in the designated swimming areas.
GENERAL ITEMS
Guests & Guest Passes Guest passes will be issued for up to ten (10) guests per family with a refundable deposit 1. A member not in good standing may not be a guest of a member in good standing. 2. Other non-members as described in the Constitution Article III, Section B. may not be guests.
Pets All Pets must be properly licensed in accordance with the Vernon Township ordinance and must be leashed at all times. No pets will be permitted in the beach area at any time.
Vandalism Vandalism to LCPOA property and possessions will be prosecuted by the LCPOA to the fullest extent of the law.
Boating All New Jersey State boating regulations will be adhered to. No motors, other than a battery powered trolling motor, will be permitted on any lake in the LCPOA.
