BULK PICKUP SCHEDULED

 

MONDAY, OCTOBER 18

All refuse must be placed curbside Sunday, October 17

 

COST: $75.00 PER HOUSEHOLD

 

 STICKERS MAY BE PURCHASED BETWEEN

September 15 and October 11.

 

PAYMENTS CAN BE TAKEN OVER THE PHONE AND STICKERS MAILED OR YOU CAN PAY FOR and PICK UP YOUR STICKER AT THE OFFICE.

 

OFFICE HOURS:  TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, and FRIDAY, 9:00 – 4:00

 

 

Bulk Clean Up will consist of: Household items such as furniture, chairs, tables, beds, and mattresses. Carpet should be cut in no longer than 6ft lengths, rolled into manageable bundles. Household appliances such as washers, dryers and dishwashers.

 

RESTRICTIONS:

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NOT BE COLLECTED:

 

TIRES - AUTOMOBILE PARTS - HAZARDOUS WASTE SUCH AS PAINTS AND STAINS –—BUILDING MATERIALS – GRASS AND VEGETATION- COMPUTERS - MONITORS AND OTHER ELECTRONIC SCRAP- TV'S

 

AIR CONDITIONERS, REFRIGERATORS AND DEHUMIDIFIERS MUST HAVE A STICKER ON THEM STATING THAT THE FREON HAS BEEN REMOVED BY A PROFESSIONAL OR IT WILL NOT BE PICKED UP. THIS CAN BE DONE BY A REFRIGERATOR OR AIR CONDITIONER REPAIRMAN.

 

STICKER TO BE PLACED ON THE LARGEST ITEM.

 

 

DUES REMINDER

 

The Fourth Quarter payment is due.
You will receive a $25 late fee if your payment is not received
or postmarked prior to the due date.

Payment is due on August 15 and will be late
after September first.

Garbage pickup cutoff is September 15.

Come out to shop at the Barry Lakes Clubhouse and find one-of-a-kind homemade holiday decorations and other gift items including skincare, jewelry, candles, and much more for loved ones at the holiday season. If you are interested in participating as a vendor at this event, please contact tracymulv@yahoo.com. Space is limited to one vendor per category on a first come first serve basis.

 

 

Snacks With Santa

Join in for family Holiday fun at the Barry Lakes Clubhouse with music (DJ), snacks, winter crafts, face-painting, balloon art and a special visit from Santa

 

SENIOR CITIZEN AND

MILITARY SERVICE DISCOUNT

 

The LCPOA offers a ten percent senior citizen or military service discount. If you have turned 62, please provide the office with proof of age, a birth certificate, or driver’s license. Veterans and active military personnel may use ID or discharge forms as proof of service. Either the military discount or the senior discount may be applied to an account. The discount will be applied to the current quarter and will not be retroactive.
